1. Phone Swap

Swap your enrolled device for a like-for-like model — up to two times a year. When you make a swap request, you'll need to return your current device in exchange for the replacement. If you prefer to keep your existing device, you also have the option to refurbish or refresh it instead.

2. Phone Replacement

If you have lost your phone or it's no longer with you, you’re still covered. You can request a like-for-like replacement with the same or a similar model — also up to two times a year.
